As a blended family with 7 (!) kids, most of my adult life felt like I was running a small country. But looking back over the years, I was the one organizing the summer camps as a teen, planning the college parties, designing the displays at my first job in retail, staging model apartments as a leasing agent, coordinating contractors, vendors, and volunteers at conferences.
I've always had a 'knack' for gathering all of the puzzle pieces together and seeing how they need to fit.
